Use this page to name your survey and to add one or more groups of questions in order to organize it.
Question groups are subtitles or areas of the specific sets of questions that you plan to add to your survey.
You can also add your questions without defining groups, if that kind of data organization is not important for your specific survey.
Use this page to add questions to your survey, along with the predefined answers. You can also preview your survey, the way it will be presented to the participants.
You can add as many questions as you want to your survey. If you want them to be organized by groups (subtitles) select a specific group (that you have previously added to this survey) per question. Otherwise, keep the group unselected.
Types of questions determine the method of answering:
Single Option type (option buttons) allows choosing only one answer from the predefined list.
Multi Option type (check boxes) allows selection of multiple answers from the predefined list.
Visual-Analogue Scale type allows comparison between two options, by rating them on a numerical scale.
Number type represents free entry of numerical values (percent, amount, number).
You can manually reorder the questions, if that’s your preference. Note that questions will be automatically reordered per group, if that’s not done manually, when you proceed to any other page or if you use the reorder button.
Use this page to set importance and weights of your questions.
Initially, importance and weights are distributed equally. If you consider some of the questions more important to your survey than the others, simply use pairwise comparison button to set their importance (click a table value to compare a single pair).
Use this page to review and export all the available answers to your survey.
Use this pop-up to set status of the survey (draft/active/archived)
and choose whether to allow collection of anonymous responses or not.
Here you can send invitations and see who accessed or submitted the survey.
You can also delete survey results and survey users.
To be sure that status of invited participants is up-to-date you’ll need to refresh the table.
